1. Agreement and Introduction:
Engaging with TLC for personal or online training opens the door to a supportive and enriching fitness journey. By partaking in the training, you embrace these terms, becoming a cherished member of our community. We invite you to understand our policies on cancellations, postponements, and refunds to ensure a seamless and delightful experience.
2. TLC & Coach’s Commitment:
Privacy Assurance: At TLC, we uphold the sanctity of your privacy, ensuring all client information remains strictly confidential.
Guidance and Support: While fitness outcomes vary, your Coach is devoted to offering the necessary guidance, supervision, and support, customizing a safe exercise program to align with your lifestyle and objectives.
3. Your Participation:
Engagement: A rewarding training program blossoms from the shared commitment between you and your Coach.
Timeliness and Attire: Punctual arrival and appropriate workout attire contribute to a fruitful and safe training experience.
Health Disclosure: Keeping your Coach informed about any health conditions or changes is pivotal for a safe and effective training program.
4. Timeliness Policy:
Arriving late will shorten your session duration, but rest assured, any time lost due to your Coach’s tardiness will be duly compensated in future sessions.
5. Rescheduling and Refunds:
The journey you’ve invested in is unique to you, hence sessions are non- refundable and non-transferable.
A heads-up of 12 hours for cancellations or rescheduling ensures your session awaits you at a more suitable time.
6. Continuity Amidst Unforeseen Circumstances:
In the rare event that training can’t continue, a full refund for any unfulfilled sessions ensures peace of mind.
7. Session Carry-Forward Assurance:
We offer the flexibility to carry forward up to two sessions per month to accommodate your schedule, ensuring no hindrance in your fitness pathway.
8. General Considerations:
Online Sessions: Embrace our online sessions while on the move to keep your fitness journey uninterrupted.
Marketing Consent: Your explicit consent is sought for any marketing-related photography or filming, respecting your choice and privacy.
Digital Transactions: Seamless digital transactions ensure a smooth process for all services availed.
9. Billing and Payment:
Monthly Billing Cycle: Billing is conducted on a pro-rata basis, ensuring you are invoiced only for the sessions scheduled within a monthly cycle, from the 1st to the end of each month.
Invoice Issuance: Invoices will be issued by the 5th of the following month, reflecting the sessions held in the previous month.
Timely Payment: We value your timely payments. To continue enjoying uninterrupted services, we appreciate payments to be made by the 10th of the month in which the invoice is received.
First Month’s Bill for New Clients: For our new members, the first month’s bill will be prorated from the start date of your journey with us until the end of that respective month.
